FRENCH PRESS

Coffee: 62 grams
Grind: Course
Brew Time: 3:30 minutes
Ratio: 1:14.52
– – –
– Pour 900 grams of water incorporating all grounds.
– Wait 3:30 min.
– Plunge and serve.

CHEMEX

Coffee: 45 grams
Grind: Medium – coarse
Brew Time: 4:30 minutes
Ratio: 1:15
– – –
– Bloom with 70 grams for 30 seconds.
– Pour 160 grams of water. Let drip 1 min. (REPEAT 2x)
– Pour 125 grams of water. Let drip till 4:30.

V60

Coffee: 20 grams
Grind: Medium – fine
Brew Time: 3:00 minutes
Ratio: 1:15
– – –
– Bloom with 40 grams for 20 seconds.
– Pour 120 grams of water. Let drip 1 min.
– Pour 140 grams of water. Let drip till 3:00.

AEROPRESS

Coffee: 14 grams
Grind: Fine
Brew Time: 1:45 minutes
Ratio: 1:15
– – –
– Pour 210 grams of water in first 10 seconds.
– Stir, affix plunger. Stir again at 1:15.
– Plunge at 1:45. Serve.
